Physics Content Creators Forum

The Physics Content Creators Forum is an online hub to help creators of physics-related content collaborate and share ideas.

The IOP has launched its Physics Content Creators Forum on instant-messaging platform Discord, providing an environment in which creators of physics-related content can collaborate, share ideas and build new networks.

Developed in collaboration with a focus group of content creators, the Physics Content Creators Forum aims to provide its members with access to an online community of like-minded individuals, allowing them to benefit from the opportunity for shared learning and cross-pollination across social media platforms.

The Forum aims to link established STEM creators with creators less well-established, with a particular effort to include participants who identify as belonging to one or more of the following underrepresented identities in physics: women, Black Caribbean, LGBT+, the socio-economically disadvantaged, and people with disabilities.

The Forum is open to all those who create physics-based content for distribution via social media channels.
