Limit Less: A whole-school approach to equity and inclusion
The resources on this page are designed to help schools across the UK and Ireland to dismantle the barriers too many students face.
Too many young people are held back by the biases and prejudices of others when it comes to their education, training and careers.
The Limit Less campaign is calling for every school in the UK and Ireland to become truly inclusive – by taking a whole-school approach to equity. This involves the entire school community working together to create a plan to dismantle the barriers students face.
Ensuring that all schools foster an environment where young people feel safe and included and able to make informed choices about their futures is everyone’s responsibility. Schools must be a place where preconceived prejudices are challenged.
We want to ensure educators are supported and equipped to give every young person the opportunities they deserve. The resources on this page are designed to help you achieve these goals.

Videos: whole-school equity in action
In these films, we learn how Noel-Baker Academy in Derby and Shawlands Academy in Glasgow have worked with staff, students and parents to make their schools more inclusive. At the IOP, we believe every student should be offered the same opportunities, which is why we work with schools like these across the UK and Ireland.
