Ultra-wide bandgap oxides (UWO 2025)

Ultra-wide bandgap oxide semiconductors (Ga2O3 and related materials) are bringing a transformation to the power electronics and ultraviolet optoelectronics landscapes. This one-day meeting aims to explore the new advances to the fields, including fundamental science, growth, characterisation, device study and future applications, and generate opportunities for future collaborations. Researchers from both academia and industry are invited to participate.
