Teacher CPD "Five O'Clock Physics": Sustainable Energy and Physics Learning

This is an online workshop (using Zoom) aimed at all teachers of physics - not just those who consider themselves to be specialists. Student teachers, trainee teachers, aspiring teachers, retired teachers, technicians also all very welcome.

The interactive workshop will consider sustainability and how to embed this engaging topic into physics learning KS3 - KS5. The main focus will be on the physics of air-source heat pumps and how different processes in this important new technology fit into the curriculum. New ideas for investigative and practical work will be considered and wider issues of sustainable energy discussed.
