Position Sensitive Neutron Detector
The Position Sensitive Neutron Detector conference focuses on a wide range of neutron detector technologies and their applications providing the ideal environment for scientists and engineers to share their latest achievements. Since the last PSND conference in 2018, new technologies emerged and significant advancements in existing technologies have been achieved. New challenges have also arisen due to intense upgrade programs in many neutron applications. As an example, advancements in operational and new neutron scattering facilities continue to push the cutting edge of neutron detector technologies necessitating research and development of large-area, position sensitive detectors capable of coping with new stringent requirements. The conference will cover the latest progress in scintillator, gas and semiconductor detectors, their electronics and signal processing as well as their applications.
