Institute of Physics at COP28

The IOP will host a day of activities at University of Birmingham Dubai during COP28.

Throughout the day panels of international experts will guide attendees through common misconceptions related to their specialist subjects, plus provide discussions on various bottlenecks in their sectors and a Q&A.

We believe that this myth-busting motif will allow for an interesting and accessible dialogue for all audience members.

This event will follow the launch of the IOP’s upcoming ‘Physics Powering the Green Economy’ report.
