Historical Observations of Mars

David Strange is a retired farmer and active astronomer/astro-photographer for the past 50 years. He is currently chairman of the Norman Lockyer Observatory near Sidmouth, East Devon.

His talk will be on “Historical Observations of Mars”, an interesting look at some of the erroneous 19th century observations, as well as more up-to-date comments.

Attendees can join via zoom from 19:15 but the talk will start at 19:30.
