IOP switches over to updated website

We’ve set up redirects that should take you to any pages you’re looking for or have bookmarked. If you do have any problems using the site we’d really appreciate your letting us know via our feedback page.

Before taking the decision to decommission the old site, we made a series of small but important updates to the new site while it was in BETA to improve the user experience. This included making it more accessible and mobile-friendly. We also surveyed a sample of our members to request feedback on how the updated site works for them and we made several changes to reflect their feedback.

This switchover is a milestone in our journey towards updating our digital platforms and improving the experience for our users. So please do look out for more developments over the coming months.
