IOP web support
The Institute of Physics web team has a ticket based system for the collection and tracking of updates and ongoing maintenance on IOP websites.
All staff, groups, branches and Institute staff will be given individual passwords to access the system.
The system allows for:
- requests for new contentÂ
- the editing of existing contentÂ
- reporting of broken links
- Tracking of the progress of each ticket
