report

The new analysis from Deloitte presented in this report demonstrates this conclusively: businesses that are critically dependent on physics contribute 8.8% of Northern Ireland’s economic output – more than £1.5 bn – and employ nearly 27,000 people. Including indirect effects though supply chains and other induced employment, physics-based businesses support more than £2bn of Northern Ireland’s GVA and nearly 40,000 jobs.
