UKRC CEO Charter
The Institute of Physics signed the UKRC CEO Charter to show of our commitment to women in science, engineering and technology (SET).
In signing the charter the Robert Kirby-Harris, the Institute’s CEO, has made a commitment to ensure that we:
- Actively support the aim of increasing the participation, at all levels, of women in SET;
- Develop and communicate the business case for gender equality within their organisation, their supply chain and their wider networks;
- Promote and showcase their organisation's approach and examples of best practice at relevant events and forums;
- Develop clearly defined strategies and implement practices which encourage women to enter, progress in or return to SET careers.
