10 May 2016

The IOP’s Summer Session in London on Making Waves – due to be held at the Canalside Steps in King’s Cross on 11 May – has been cancelled

Making Waves, has had to be cancelled

The event, which was to have been held from 6.30pm to 8pm, had to be cancelled due to a family emergency with the speaker.

The IOP’s public engagement manager, Manisha Lalloo, said: “We’re really sorry for cancelling at such short notice and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’re looking into rescheduling the talk for another date and we’ll keep those who registered for the cancelled talk updated on this. If we are able to reschedule the talk, we’ll also publicise the new date more widely.

“In the meantime, anyone who would like to sign up to any of our other Summer Sessions taking place in June or July can find out more information and book your free ticket at iop.org/summersessions. If you have any questions please email manisha.lalloo@iop.org”.
