Why should you join the Institute of Physics?
Membership of the Institute is for everyone who has an interest in the subject and its future. The Institute actively promotes physics to external audiences, increasing awareness of the importance of physics in government, education and industry. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and follow all kinds of different careers; many are directly involved in physics but as many are using their physics training in a wide range of businesses.

Interactions is the member newspaper of the Institute of Physics. It aims to keep members informed about the Institute's activities and to keep them up to date with issues that matter to the physics community

Download 50 free IOP journal articles, as well as access to archives (available to Affiliate, Associate, Member and Fellow membership grades) In addition to the 50 free downloads, access the latest Physics Education journal, including its archive which dates back to 1966.
