Exhibition

Following on from the success of the 36^th Stirling Physics Meeting in 2010, we are delighted to announce the following exhibition opportunities at the 37^th Stirling Physics Meeting, taking place at the University of Stirling, Scotland on 8 June 2011. This event attracts over 200 teachers a year, and is a great opportunity for companies to meet and network with a large number of physics teachers and academics.

Exhibition package
The exhibition package costs £85 + VAT and includes:

• Bench workspace
• Lunch for one exhibitor
• Refreshments for one exhibitor

Additional lunches and refreshments can be purchased at £17 + VAT per person, so please indicate this and any dietary or special requirements when booking your exhibition package.

How to book
Online registration to reserve your exhibition space is recommended via our secure server. For those unable to register online, you can download a stand reservation form here and return it to Lauren Stacy by email to Lauren.stacy@iop.org, by fax to +44 (0)20 7637 4266, or by post to Conferences Department, Institute of Physics, London W1B 1NT.

Exhibition stand payment
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server.

Confirmation of your payment will be sent by e-mail once the transaction has been successfully processed.
