Career
I have been a Physics teacher since 1988, teaching at all levels in sixth form colleges, maintained schools and the in the independent sector. I still enjoy being a full time Physics teacher.

Aim/Mission
I hope to enthuse teachers by introducing them to new ideas for teaching Physics in the hope that they will continue to enjoy their teaching. I aim to facilitate the sharing of good practice amongst experienced teachers. Also, to offer support to less experienced, developing teachers and those who are non-specialists.

Events
Workshops are arranged at regular times throughout the year. Most of these take place in Doncaster. I hope to offer events in other venues in the future. Please see Yorkshire and Humberside SPN newsletter for further details or the IOP events calendar.

Personal interests
I enjoy trying to keep fit when time allows, so that I am agile enough to move around my small sailboat. I also enjoy photography, technology and DIY when I have to.
