Richard Grimmer
Location: KT15

After a BSc and a PGCE in physics I taught for two years in rural Zimbabwe. Since my return to the UK I have taught in a variety of schools - maintained, independent, boys, girls and mixed.  I have also worked as a copywriter and a journalist, albeit briefly, and have jointly written a KS3 textbook.
In my most recent role I taught Physics to KS 3, 4 & 5, Science to KS 3, and KS3 Computing and Electronics.  I have also mentored a Physics PGCE student and several science NQTs.

Professional interest
I am interested in all areas of physics, and aim to help you to fully understand the topics you are teaching your pupils, and to give you fun and engaging ways to teach these topics, which produce results.
