Conference Registration

Please read the notes below before submitting your registration.

Online registration for the conference is now closed. If anyone still wishes to attend, please e-mail nexus@iop.org urgently.

The conference is open to any undergraduate or postgraduate Nexus student member, as well as recent graduates up to approximately one year following graduation. You must be an IOP member to register and your membership ID number will be required.

Please note your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

The standard conference fee is £65, which includes all meals and accommodation at the youth hostel in Cambridge (near the railway station).

If you do not require accommodation, the discounted conference fee is then £48. Note that we are unfortunately unable to offer discounts to those requiring only one overnight stay.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your registration before Monday 9 November we will refund you your payment minus a 20% administration charge. From 9 November onwards no refunds will be possible other than in exceptional circumstances.
