Travel grants

As part of the Institute of Physics, the magnetism group has responsibility for the allocation of funding to contribute to the costs of postgraduate students to present their research work at an international conference or major national conference.  Applications for a contribution to travel and subsistence up to £250 are welcomed from students who are members of the magnetism group. In addition funding may be available from the CR Barber Fund and the magnetism group may be able to offer similar funding from the Wohlfarth Fund.
