Stimulating Physics is an exciting new project set up by the Institute of Physics, following a £1.8m award from the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) in March 2006

 

The Teaching Advanced Physics pages provide detailed ideas and resources for teaching physics to students aged 16 - 19.

 

Supporting Physics Teaching (11-14) is a new resource designed to support teachers, particularly non-specialists, who teach physics in the early years of secondary education.

 

Can you explain how a boomerang flies, why tin cans make great bongos or the best shape for a flying wing? Ever fancied yourself as the next Quentin Tarantino or Sophia Coppola? Then this competition is for you!
