Physics Education is a magazine designed for those involved in, and concerned about, the teaching of physics in schools and colleges and first-year undergraduate courses.
Do try this at home!
A set of 12 colourful postcards based on the Interactions feature – Do Try This At Home. Some schools have been sending these home to recognise outstanding work in the classroom. The full series of cartoons is available at physics.org and is updated each month with the latest edition.
Stickers

Are You a Good Scientist is a poster and set of questions which highlight safe and ethical approaches to scientific work which may be particularly useful for courses where there is a focus on understanding the processes of science.

Video Loan Scheme
The Institute has a library of videos which are available on free loan to affiliated institutions and to Members of the Institute. There are a wide selection of videos to choose from on a variety of themes, from Atomic Energy to Waves, and for a variety of ages.
Physics and Fine Art
A video which looks at how the art world is helped by physics to detect forgergies and conserve masterpieces, it can be hired from the Video Library. Science, Technology and Reading (star*) - a resource for primary teachers
An illustrated book of poems by Michael Rosen, complete with background scientific knowledge and detailed suggestions for suitable educational activities. Developed by a group of like-minded institutions including the Royal Society of Chemistry, Esso, The Design Council and the Institute.
