Who is the course aimed at: Anyone interested in knowing more about pertinent communication theories, in order to understand different styles, skills and behaviours for communicating appropriately with colleagues and clients.

 

Course format: Through input, discussion and small group exercises and case studies, delegates will be able to increase the range and type of strategies and tools to use in order to build successful business relationships
