London and South East Branch
The London and South Eastern Branch organises lectures, meetings and conferences for its members in London and the South East, and works locally to promote physics, physics education and public understanding of physics.

As part of National Careers Week, the IOP London and South East Branch held a careers evening on 13 March at the IOP’s central London headquarters. To give its student members a taste of the wide variety of careers open to physics graduates, the event was attended by the following ten companies: BT, Coherent, EDF Energy, Ixico, STFC, TeachFirst, Thales, The Technology Partnership, U2t Photonics and Winton Capital
