East Midlands Branch
The East Midlands Branch, one of fourteen regional branches of the Institute of Physics, was formed in January 2013 from the split of the Midlands Branch into East and West.
We cover Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Loughborough, Northampton and Nottingham, with centres based in Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.
We organise a full programme of lectures, meetings and conferences in the East Midlands and work locally to promote physics, physics education and public understanding of physics. Please check the calendar for more details.
