Finance and Investment Board
Terms of Reference
The Finance and Investment Board is appointed by Council to administer the financial affairs of the Institute.
It has delegated powers to consider and approve financial and investment decisions including but not limited to:
- Investment policy and the management of the General Investment Fund
- Budgets, forecasts and long term financial plans
- Financial policies and procedures
- Statutory accounts
- Staff Pension Funds
