The object of the company is:
- To publish journals, books, reference works and magazines and other publications in any form or medium and to engage in other activities all for the purpose of the advancement and dissemination of a knowledge of and education in the science of physics, pure and applied and related subjects.
Purpose
- To discharge their powers and duties under the Companies Act and to oversee the management of the company in accordance with Council’s policy and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
