Help: Lost Password Assistance

If you are using Alerting Service and you have forgotten your personal password, you can use the Lost Password Assistance facility.

You must enter your personal username and e-mail address for verification. You will then be sent a new password via e-mail which you can use to access the JET Alerting Service.
