Abstract. The γε-formalisms of Infeld and van der Waerden are utilized to complete the description of classical two-component Dirac fields in generally relativistic spacetimes. What mainly arises out of carrying through the pertinent computational procedures is the occurrence of natural couplings, particularly involving underlying geometric photons. Such couplings appear to be strictly exhibited by the γ-formalism patterns of the wave equations that control the propagation of electrons and positrons in the spacetime backgrounds allowed for.
