The Low Temperature Group of the Institute of Physics is holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26 June 2007. The theme of the event will be Quantum Condensed Matter.
This one-day meeting is a forum for those involved in condensed matter research at low temperatures. This conference covers a wide range of topics from studies of quantum fluids, correlated electron systems and through to new advanced cooling techniques.

Late Poster Submissions
Late poster submissions are being accepted for the event. Please submit a presentation title and list of authors via email to Dr Viktor Tsepelin. Accepted authors will be notified via email. Posters are to A1 size (90 cm long by 65 cm wide) and portrait orientation.

1. Venue
The conference will be held at the Institute of Physics, London, UK. Maps will be sent to all registered participants.
2. Conference Fees
The fees for the conference include refreshments and lunches, conference material, basic costs and administration charges. The registration fee is as follows:

Registrants paying this fee will automatically become affiliate members of the Institute of Physics for 12 months and will receive copies of Physics World. As an affiliate member you will be entitled to attend all conferences at the member’s rate for the year and to join one technical or professional group at no extra charge.

3. Value Added Tax
Charges shown in this document are exempt from VAT unless otherwise indicated. Where VAT is applicable it is shown and calculated at the current standard rate of 17.5%. If the rate is altered as a result of government legislation charges may be adjusted accordingly. 5. Confirmation of Booking, Registration Enquiries Online

Registration via hard copy - You should receive confirmation of your booking within ten days of registering. If payment is not enclosed with your registration form, you will be sent a pro-forma invoice which must be paid prior to the conference.

6. Cancellations
No payment can be refunded to those cancelling after 19 June 2007. For cancellations made before this date a 20% cancellation administration fee applies. All cancellations must be made in writing (please note that we are unable to accept cancellations made over the telephone).
