Nuclear Conference Accommodation

Accommodation is offered on Campus at a cost of £42 per night.

Arrival and departure

Bedroom keys can be collected from the Reception of your Court of Residence until 1900 on weekdays, and until 1200 on Saturdays. Outside of these times, keys are usually obtained from the Security Office at the side of Senate House. If you arrive by taxi you may wish to ask it to wait and then take you to your Court of Residence after collecting your key. Please check the joining instructions supplied by your event organiser for further information about key collection. Access to rooms is not guaranteed before 1300 and you are requested to vacate your room by 0930 on your day of departure. Delegates will be charged for keys not returned.

Room service and facilities

Bed linen, towel, soap and tea/coffee are provided for delegates. A kettle is located in a nearby kitchen together with an iron and ironing board. Rooms are cleaned daily. All rooms have en-suite shower and w.c. All bedrooms have direct dial telephone. Incoming calls can be received free of charge. To make outgoing calls a pre-paid card can be purchased on campus.
