On-Site Arrangements

The conference registration desk will open at the following times:

12:00 - 18:00

Thursday 17
08:30 - 18:00

Friday 18
08:30 - 12:30

Wednesday
On Wednesday evening there will be a drinks reception in the Hotel Lobby at 17:30.  An evening meal will be provided at 18:00 in the restaurant. You must pre-book this meal. The cost will be £11.95.

Thursday
The conference dinner will take place at the Imperial College Wye.  The coaches will depart at 18:45 outside the Holiday Inn.  There will will be a drinks reception at 19:00. The dinner will commence at 19:30.
