Works with members and other departments in the Institute to formulate and deliver a consistent conference strategy.

Claire Garland, Conferences Operations Manager
Responsible for the operations of the Conferences Department on a day to day basis.

Jon Mackew, Conference Organiser
Responsible for every aspect of the organisation of multi-day conferences, and one day meetings when required, including venue management, budget and financial control, registrations. abstracts and proceedings, publicity, marketing and on-site management

Dawn Stewart, Conference Organiser
Responsible for every aspect of the organisation of multi-day conferences, and one day meetings when required, including venue management, budget and financial control, registrations. abstracts and proceedings, publicity, marketing and on-site management.

Lisa Cornwell, Meetings Co-ordinator
Responsible for the organisation of the Department's one-day meetings and assists conference organisers in the organisation of larger conferences in the office and on-site.

Stephen Ihme, Conferences and Marketing Administrator
Responsible for the daily administration of the Conferences Department including registrations, updating the website and the marketing strategy.
